Do you support wholesale shipments?

Absolutely! PrepSmart is fully equipped to handle wholesale stock. We can receive, inspect, and prepare large-volume shipments, whether they arrive by parcel or pallet. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll manage the rest.

Is my inventory secure at your facility?

Yes! Our warehouse is gated with full CCTV and facial recognition, monitored 24/7, and designed for maximum security.

How are returns handled?

Return units are processed quickly and either made ready for resale or set aside for disposal/recycling per your preference. Return data populates your dashboard and Discord so nothing falls through the cracks.

How does your automation work?

PrepSmart integrates directly with your Google Sheet or Airtable. As soon as stock arrives, our system logs in, assigns tasks, and keeps you updated in real time with no manual work

Do you support FBM?

Yes! Our FBM service covers prep like poly-bagging, labelling, or re-boxing before we ship items via your courier to customers. PrepSmart supports both FBA and FBM needs.

How does your pricing work?

Simple, predictable fee structure: a £29.99 monthly subscription (includes onboarding), plus pay-per-unit charges (FNSKU, packaging, pallet loading) with no hidden surcharges. Only pay for what you use.

What about onboarding and support?

Onboarding is completely free with no setup charges. You’ll get direct access to our team via Discord for any queries or guidance whenever you need it.

What types of products can you prep?

From small retail items to oversized goods, we prep everything FBA allows bubble wrapping fragile items, assembly, bundling deals, and even prepping books or apparel. If Amazon accepts it, PrepSmart can support it.

How are peak seasons handled during Black Friday, Q4, etc.?

We plan ahead. During high-volume periods, we reserve extra crew and warehouse space to avoid delivery delays. You’ll be alerted to prep well in advance, with adjusted lead times if needed.

Can I send Private Label (PL) products?

Absolutely. We support Private Label sellers with customised prep, including labelling, bundling, inserts, and quality checks. If you have specific packaging or branding needs, we’ll ensure your products meet Amazon’s standards.
